in a recent staff meeting
on bouncy balls instead of chairs
and chi machines
instead of masseuses
at city of sass,
i learned a very interesting lesson
about managing folks for results.
it was a team-wide meeting
sales, digital, production and marketing.
the meeting was a 2-hour block of time,

were slow to come.
not a lot of ideating,

the meeting was a bit flat.

the Internet went out.
